You agree to use the Rosa Mystica India website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe upon the rights of others or restrict their use of the website.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the website at our sole discretion, without notice, if we believe you have violated these terms.

We strive to display product descriptions, images, and prices as accurately as possible. However, as our products are handcrafted, slight variations in colour, texture, and dimensions are inherent and should be expected. These variations are a hallmark of artisanal quality, not defects.

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time of purchase.

In the rare event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel orders placed at the incorrect price and will notify you promptly with the option to reorder at the correct price.

When you place an order on our website, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud or errors in product or pricing information.

We accept payments via UPI, credit and debit cards, net banking, digital wallets, and cash on delivery (COD) for eligible orders. All online payments are processed through secure, PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways.

An order confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address upon successful placement of your order. This email does not constitute acceptance of your order; acceptance occurs when the order is dispatched.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–2 business days of order confirmation. Standard delivery takes 5–7 business days, and express delivery (where available) takes 2–3 business days.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, public holidays, or courier delays. Rosa Mystica India shall not be held liable for any delays caused by third-party logistics partners.

Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery of the items to the shipping carrier. Please inspect your package upon delivery and report any damage or discrepancies within 48 hours.

We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and with all tags and packaging intact to be eligible for return.

Certain items such as personalised products, gift cards, items marked as final sale, and hygiene-related products are non-returnable. Please refer to our Return Policy page for full details.

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method. For COD orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer.

All content on the Rosa Mystica India website — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, product designs, and software — is the property of Rosa Mystica India and is protected by Indian and international copyright and trademark laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any of our content without prior written consent from Rosa Mystica India.

The Rosa Mystica India name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Rosa Mystica India. You must not use such marks without our prior written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Rosa Mystica India, its directors, employees, partners, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the website or purchase of products.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms or your use of the website shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.

We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. You use the website at your own risk.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms or your use of the website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
